How the AI works

Two things that matter to us:

The app does the maths, not the language model. Every number — progression, training load, calories, joint angles — comes from deterministic code. The language model receives finished numbers and puts them into words. It never calculates; so it cannot miscalculate.

Everything runs on your device. The coach uses a language model running on your iPhone. Your training data, your videos and your photos don't go online for it.

Pricing

Monthly, yearly (around 30 % cheaper) or a VIP lifetime one-off. The subscription is managed through your Apple ID, where you can cancel at any time.
