Where your data lives

GudRep is built so that your training, health and body data does not leave your device.

No account, no sign-up. You never create a login — so there's no profile of you anywhere.

Everything on your device. Workouts, meals, body data, photos and Health values live in the app's private storage. The food database is local, form analysis runs on-device, and even the AI coach runs on your iPhone rather than on our servers.

No analytics, no tracking. We don't measure what you do in the app, and we can't see who you are.

The little that uses the network — all at your request:

• iCloud backup mirrors your data into your own private iCloud database. Switchable in Settings; raw data such as photos and dictations is excluded.
• Country databases are downloaded when you need them.
• Help & support loads these help pages inside the app.
• Sending feedback transmits your message, the email address you optionally provide and five simple device details (app version, build number, iOS version, device model, language) to our own feedback service — and is technically prevented from ever sending training, nutrition or body data along.
