Body and readiness
Body
Weight, measurements and progress photos live in the Body section. The photos sit in a separate app folder that never reaches your photo library or your iCloud backup, and they're locked behind Face ID.
For weight, the single day doesn't matter — the trend does. The app shows a smoothed line, because day-to-day swings of a kilo or two are normal and say nothing about progress.
Readiness
If you allow access to Apple Health, the app calculates a daily readiness score each morning from sleep, heart rate variability and resting heart rate — each relative to your own normal range, not to a population average. That takes a few weeks of data; until then it honestly says it's still calibrating.
On top of that sits your form from the fitness-fatigue model: fitness (training load of the last six weeks) minus fatigue (the last week). If fatigue is clearly ahead, the app suggests an easier session — as a suggestion, not a rule.
Without an Apple Watch or Health access everything else works unchanged; readiness simply stays empty rather than being guessed.
