Cardio and GPS
Start cardio under "Training". Outdoors, the app records your route via GPS; indoors you log duration and distance by hand.
During the session
Distance, pace, duration and — if you wear an Apple Watch — your heart rate run live. The recording survives a crash: it's saved continuously and restored on the next launch.
Afterwards
- GAP (Grade Adjusted Pace) adjusts your pace for elevation: a kilometre uphill is worth more than a flat one. That makes runs on different routes comparable.
- Best efforts over the usual distances appear automatically from your recordings.
- Training load feeds into your form (see "Body and readiness").
Race goal
Enter a race and the app builds a plan up to race day — easy runs, tempo sessions and volume increases based on what you already run today.
