Logging a workout

During a workout you see one exercise per screen. Swipe to move on.

Ticking off a set

Weight and reps sit there as large numbers. Tap a number to open the ruler underneath and drag it to the value you want. Then hit "Complete set".

The next set comes pre-filled: first with what you did for that set last time, otherwise with the set you just logged.

Dictating a set

Instead of tapping you can speak: "Dictate set", then something like "80 kilos, ten reps". The app shows you the result to confirm before the set is created. The recording itself is never stored.

Correct, skip, add

  • Correct: tap one of the dots above the card — every completed set can be edited afterwards, including RPE and a note.
  • Undo: "Undo set" removes the last one.
  • Skip: done after two of three sets? "Skip set" finishes the exercise without inventing a set.
  • Add: target met and you want one more? Use "Add set".

Swapping an exercise

Machine taken? Swap the exercise for this session only — your plan stays untouched. Suggestions come from the same muscle group.

Rest

The rest timer runs after each set. Set its length in Settings under Training (default: 90 seconds); the running rest can be adjusted by ±30 seconds or cancelled.
